Terriline loves God, His Church and His People! A native of Los Angeles, California, her time in ministry spans more than three decades to include music, preaching, and teaching. She served as the Executive Pastor of Gideon, under the leadership of Bishop La’Tresa Jester; and in 2022 she was installed as the Senior Pastor. With a heart to help people, the first initiative she brought to the church was Gideon’s Pantry, a community feeding effort designed to meet the needs of food-insecure families in the South Tucson area.

Pastor T’s mantra is “We’re in This Thing Together!” She will quickly tell you: it’s not about me, it’s about how we, all of us, can best advance the principles and the Kingdom of God. ...And she seeks out those who will partner with us to walk out the mandate of the church – together.

Apostle

ARTHUR TIGNEY

Apostle Dr. Arthur W. Tigney, Jr. is an ordained Apostle, Licensed Professional Counselor and empowerment coach with over 30 years of ministry and corporate experience. He received his doctorate in organizational leadership from Grand Canyon University and holds two master’s degrees from Oral Roberts University. Arthur served his country for 34 years as an enlisted member and officer in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve. Simultaneously he served on staff at international and local ministries until God released him to plant Destiny Church International which has evolved over the years, and he now serves as Co-Sr. Leader of Gideon Full Gospel Baptist Church.

Arthur along with his wife Glenda established Tucson Bible College and outreach of Gideon FGBC where they are merging theology with psychology and equipping folks for Next Level Ministry. He has provided corporate training, consulting, and coaching for organizations as diverse as the Air Force, law enforcement agencies, psychiatric hospitals, and leading clergy from around the country. He creates an atmosphere for growth and empowerment to deal with difficult situations and build beyond the breaking point to help people reclaim their territory.

LA'TRESA JESTER

Bishop

La’Tresa is an innovative and results driven servant leader, a visionary and an entrepreneur. In 2017, she was consecrated as Bishop. She served as the Senior Pastor of Gideon Baptist church for 13 years. In December of 2021, La’Tresa graciously took on the full-time assignment as Bishop of Disaster Service for Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International -- an assignment focused on bridging the gap between emergency management organizations and vulnerable communities. Throughout the last 17 years she has traveled the country training on the importance of disaster resiliency within the faith community.
