Terriline loves God, His Church and His People! A native of Los Angeles, California, her time in ministry spans more than three decades to include music, preaching, and teaching. She served as the Executive Pastor of Gideon, under the leadership of Bishop La’Tresa Jester; and in 2022 she was installed as the Senior Pastor. With a heart to help people, the first initiative she brought to the church was Gideon’s Pantry, a community feeding effort designed to meet the needs of food-insecure families in the South Tucson area.
Pastor T’s mantra is “We’re in This Thing Together!” She will quickly tell you: it’s not about me, it’s about how we, all of us, can best advance the principles and the Kingdom of God. ...And she seeks out those who will partner with us to walk out the mandate of the church – together.
Apostle - Co Leader
ARTHUR TIGNEY
Apostle Dr. Arthur W. Tigney, Jr. is an ordained Apostle, Licensed Professional Counselor, and empowerment coach with more than 30 years of ministry and leadership experience. He holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and two master’s degrees from Oral Roberts University. A retired veteran, he served 34 years in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve while also serving in ministry leadership. Today, he serves as Co-Senior Leader of Gideon Full Gospel Baptist Church.
Alongside his wife, Glenda, he helped establish Tucson Bible College, equipping leaders by integrating theology and psychology. Dr. Tigney has provided training, coaching, and consulting for military, law enforcement, healthcare, and ministry organizations, empowering people to navigate challenges, grow through adversity, and fulfill their purpose.
LA'TRESA JESTER
Bishop
La’Tresa is an innovative and results driven servant leader, a visionary and an entrepreneur. In 2017, she was consecrated as Bishop. She served as the Senior Pastor of Gideon Baptist church for 13 years. In December of 2021, La’Tresa graciously took on the full-time assignment as Bishop of Disaster Service for Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International -- an assignment focused on bridging the gap between emergency management organizations and vulnerable communities. Throughout the last 17 years she has traveled the country training on the importance of disaster resiliency within the faith community.
Prophet
GLENDA TIGNEY
Glenda has served in the office of a Prophet and has faithfully served in various capacities withing
ministry. As an educator and Certified Coach, she is passionate about equipping and empowering individuals to walk confidently in their divine calling, maintain godly balance, and live out their God- given potential with integrity and authenticity.
A United States Air Force veteran, Glenda brings discipline, leadership, and wisdom to every sphere of influence she serves. She holds a master’s degree from Oral Roberts University and an Education Specialist degree in Education Administration and Leadership from Walden University. Glenda currently serves on the executive leadership team and oversees operations for Tucson Bible College, where she continues to serve with excellence, vision, and a heart for developing leaders in ministry and education.
